At RollingBunny Skates, we strive to deliver your order promptly and transparently. Below are the details of our shipping processes, timelines, and policies.

Order Processing & Domestic Shipping

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.

Domestic Shipping Options & Estimates

Delivery times begin after your order ships (see table below). Note: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may experience longer transit times.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 48 hours for tracking updates to activate. For urgent inquiries, contact our team at support@rollingbunny.com

Shipping to PO Boxes

  • USPS Only: PO Box deliveries are restricted to USPS.
  • Roller Skates Exception: Due to carrier restrictions, roller skates cannot ship to PO Boxes (UPS only).

Important Reminders

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping charges are final once an order is processed.
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not liable for errors or lost packages.
