Return & Refund Policy

At RollingBunny Skates, we want you to love your ride. If you need to return or exchange your roller skates, please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Eligibility & Timeframe

  1. 30-Day Window: Returns or refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition (tags attached, packaging intact).
  2. Exceptions: 
  • Sale/Final Sale Items: Non-refundable unless defective.
  • Customized/Clearance Skates: Final sale, no returns.
  • Safety Gear: Due to hygiene, safety gear (e.g., helmets, pads) must be unopened in original packaging.

Acceptable Reasons for Returns

  1. Change of Mind: Eligible for store credit or refund (excluding original shipping fees).
  2. Defects/Damage: Qualify for full refund, replacement, or repair.
  3. Wrong Item Received: Free return label provided; full refund issued.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us First: Submit a return request via our Contact form.
  2. Approval & Label: We’ll verify eligibility and email a free prepaid return label within 24–48 hours.
  3. Ship Back: Securely package skates in their original box (no stickers on product packaging). Include all accessories (wheels, laces, etc.).
  4. Inspection&refund:
  • Allow 3–7 business days for processing after we receive the return.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Store credit is optional for non-defective returns.

Key Conditions

  1. Unworn & Undamaged: Skates must show no signs of wear (scuffs, dirt, outdoor use).
  2. Original Packaging: Damage due to improper packaging may void refund eligibility.
  3. Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or receipt.

Defective Products

If your skates arrive damaged or have manufacturing flaws:

  1. Contact us immediately with photos/video of the issue.
  2. We’ll cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or refund.

Note: Normal wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery, is not covered.

Non-Refundable Costs

  1. Original shipping fees (unless due to our error).
  2. Return shipping for non-defective, non-wrong-item returns (free label provided for approved cases).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a size/color swap:

  1. Return the original item for a refund.
  2. Place a new order.
